SIXTHGEAR is run, and solely owned by Craig Nicol.  Craig is a motorcycle enthusiast who loves anything on wheels.  He has experience of track days, dirt biking & commuting - so his experience of biking can be a great help in choosing a bike that suits you!

A background of his experience

Craig started off in the motor trade in the year 2K as a 'trainee' service advisor in the Cardiff Ducati franchaise, Merlin Cambria.  He was quickly promoted to 'Service Leader' and worked there until the branch closed (nothing directly to do with him, promise!)  He secured a job on closure of Ducati within the Cardiff Landrover dealership 'Merlin Landrover' as a parts advisor.  Here he worked for a whole two months (wow) serving the farmers of South Wales with various different parts for their extremely reliable vehicles! 
He then found a way to get back into the bike scene becoming a parts advisor for Rydale Cardiff BMW. 
After a quick 7 months in the parts department, Craig made a transition into Motorcycle Sales.  
During his position in BMW motorcycle sales, Craig took on the finance (becoming a business advisor) as well as selling clothing and helmets and helping with parts and accessories.  In October 2006, Craig left Rydale BMW to set up in business on his own - SIXTHGEAR was born!

WE'VE MOVED TO NEW PREMISES!

SIXTHGEAR has relocated to a bigger and better unit within Atlantic House, Atlantic Trading Estate, Barry.  We are now Unit 8G (we were in 8C).  8G is at the rear of the site on the left.
There is a roller shutter door on the front (which will mostly be closed) with the main entrance to the right of the building.
 
All viewings are by appointment only to avoid you turning up and no one being there!
